SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Faah (fatty acid amide hydrolase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Faah qPCR Primer Set – fatty acid amide hydrolase
About this gene: Faah enables multiple functions, including hydrolase activity, acting on carbon-nitrogen bonds, in linear amides; identical protein binding activity; and monoacylglycerol lipase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including lipid catabolic process; positive regulation of vasoconstriction; and response to ethanol. Is active in postsynapse and presynapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 100911581; UniProt: P97612; Chromosome location: 5q35
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
