SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Eya4 (EYA transcriptional coactivator and phosphatase 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Eya4 qPCR Primer Set – EYA transcriptional coactivator and phosphatase 4
About this gene: Eya4 is predicted to enable protein tyrosine phosphatase activity. It is predicted to be involved in cell differentiation; negative regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in absence of ligand; and positive regulation of DNA repair. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 292172; Chromosome location: 1p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
