SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Eya3 (EYA transcriptional coactivator and phosphatase 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Eya3 qPCR Primer Set – EYA transcriptional coactivator and phosphatase 3
About this gene: Eya3 is predicted to enable chromatin binding activity and phosphoprotein phosphatase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in absence of ligand; positive regulation of DNA repair; and response to ionizing radiation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within protein dephosphorylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 313027; Chromosome location: 5q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
