SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ext2 (exostosin glycosyltransferase 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ext2 qPCR Primer Set – exostosin glycosyltransferase 2
About this gene: Ext2 is predicted to enable UDP-glycosyltransferase activity and protein dimerization activity. It is predicted to be involved in glycosaminoglycan biosynthetic process; ossification; and polysaccharide biosynthetic process. It is predicted to act upstream of or within with a positive effect on gene expression; protein N-linked glycosylation; and sulfation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 311215; Chromosome location: 3q31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
