SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ext1 (exostosin glycosyltransferase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ext1 qPCR Primer Set – exostosin glycosyltransferase 1
About this gene: Ext1 is predicted to enable UDP-glycosyltransferase activity and protein dimerization activity. Predicted to contribute to glucuronosyl-N-acetylglucosaminyl-proteoglycan 4-alpha-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in glycosaminoglycan biosynthetic process; ossification; and polysaccharide biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 299907; Chromosome location: 7q31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
