SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Esm1 (endothelial cell-specific molecule 1, also called PG25) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Esm1 qPCR Primer Set – endothelial cell-specific molecule 1
Also known as: Pg25
About this gene: Esm1 is predicted to enable hepatocyte growth factor receptor binding activity and integrin binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in positive regulation of cell population proliferation; positive regulation of hepatocyte growth factor receptor signaling pathway; and sprouting angiogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64536; UniProt: P97682; Chromosome location: 2q14
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
