SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ero1b (endoplasmic reticulum oxidoreductase 1 beta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ero1b qPCR Primer Set – endoplasmic reticulum oxidoreductase 1 beta
Also known as: Ero1lb, RGD1563548
About this gene: Ero1b is predicted to enable protein-disulfide reductase activity. It is predicted to be involved in protein folding in endoplasmic reticulum. Predicted to be active in endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 364755; Chromosome location: 17q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
