SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ero1a (endoplasmic reticulum oxidoreductase 1 alpha, also called ERO1-L) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ero1a qPCR Primer Set – endoplasmic reticulum oxidoreductase 1 alpha
Also known as: Ero1l
About this gene: Ero1a is predicted to enable protein-disulfide reductase activity and thiol oxidase activity. It is involved in cellular response to hypoxia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 171562; UniProt: Q8R4A1; Chromosome location: 15p14
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
