SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ern2 (endoplasmic reticulum to nucleus signaling 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ern2 qPCR Primer Set – endoplasmic reticulum to nucleus signaling 2
About this gene: Ern2 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including ATP binding activity; magnesium ion binding activity; and unfolded protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including apoptotic chromosome condensation; intracellular signal transduction; and positive regulation of JNK cascade. It is predicted to act upstream of or within response to endoplasmic reticulum stress.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 365363; Chromosome location: 1q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
