SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ephb6 (Eph receptor B6) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ephb6 qPCR Primer Set – Eph receptor B6
About this gene: Ephb6 is predicted to enable ATP binding activity and transmembrane-ephrin receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in axon guidance and ephrin receptor signaling pathway. It is predicted to act upstream of or within activated T cell proliferation; positive regulation of T cell costimulation; and type IV hypersensitivity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 312275; UniProt: P0C0K7; Chromosome location: 4q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
