SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Epha8 (Eph receptor A8) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Epha8 qPCR Primer Set – Eph receptor A8
About this gene: Epha8 is predicted to enable GPI-linked ephrin receptor activity and growth factor binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including ephrin receptor signaling pathway; neuron development; and positive regulation of intracellular signal transduction. It is predicted to act upstream of or within cellular response to follicle-stimulating hormone stimulus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 60589; Chromosome location: 5q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
