SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Epha3 (Eph receptor A3, also called EK4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Epha3 qPCR Primer Set – Eph receptor A3
About this gene: Epha3 is predicted to enable GPI-linked ephrin receptor activity; growth factor binding activity; and transmembrane-ephrin receptor activity. It is involved in cellular response to interleukin-1; fever generation; and response to lipopolysaccharide. Predicted to be active in multiple cellular components, including GABA-ergic synapse; dendrite; and presynapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29210; UniProt: O08680; Chromosome location: 11p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
