SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Eno3 (enolase 3, also called MSE) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Eno3 qPCR Primer Set – enolase 3
Also known as: BBE, MSE
About this gene: Eno3 enables identical protein binding activity and phosphopyruvate hydratase activity. It is involved in response to xenobiotic stimulus and skeletal muscle tissue regeneration. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25438; UniProt: P15429; Chromosome location: 10q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
