SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Endog (endonuclease G) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Endog qPCR Primer Set – endonuclease G
About this gene: Endog enables DNA nuclease activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to glucose stimulus; positive regulation of apoptotic DNA fragmentation; and positive regulation of hydrogen peroxide-mediated programmed cell death.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 362100; Chromosome location: 3p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
