SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Enah (ENAH, actin regulator) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Enah qPCR Primer Set – ENAH, actin regulator
About this gene: Enah is predicted to enable SH3 domain binding activity; WW domain binding activity; and profilin binding activity. It is involved in postsynaptic cytoskeleton organization. Is active in GABA-ergic synapse and postsynapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 360891; Chromosome location: 13q26
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
