SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Emp2 (epithelial membrane protein 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Emp2 qPCR Primer Set – epithelial membrane protein 2
Also known as: EMP-2
About this gene: Emp2 is predicted to enable integrin binding activity and kinase binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including bleb assembly; early endosome to late endosome transport; and embryonic process involved in female pregnancy. It is predicted to act upstream of or within positive regulation of cell-matrix adhesion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 360468; UniProt: Q66HH2; Chromosome location: 10q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
