SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Eif4ebp1 (eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E binding protein 1, also called PHAS-I) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Eif4ebp1 qPCR Primer Set – eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E binding protein 1
Also known as: PHAS-I
About this gene: Eif4ebp1 enables eukaryotic initiation factor 4E binding activity and protein phosphatase 2A binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to hypoxia; response to amino acid starvation; and response to ischemia. Is active in glutamatergic synapse and postsynaptic cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 116636; UniProt: Q62622; Chromosome location: 16q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
