SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Eif3j (eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3, subunit J, also called eIF-3-alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Eif3j qPCR Primer Set – eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3, subunit J
Also known as: Eif3s1, eIF3 p35
About this gene: Eif3j is predicted to enable identical protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in formation of cytoplasmic translation initiation complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 691947; UniProt: A0JPM9; Chromosome location: 3q35
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
