SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Eif2b2 (eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2B subunit beta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Eif2b2 qPCR Primer Set – eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2B subunit beta
About this gene: Contributes to guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including hippocampus development; positive regulation of axon extension; and response to glucose. Is active in endoplasmic reticulum; glycinergic synapse; and postsynapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84005; Chromosome location: 6q31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
