SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ehd3 (EH-domain containing 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ehd3 qPCR Primer Set – EH-domain containing 3
Also known as: Ehd2
About this gene: Ehd3 is predicted to enable protein-macromolecule adaptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cytosolic transport; positive regulation of voltage-gated calcium channel activity; and regulation of heart contraction. It is predicted to act upstream of or within regulation of cardiac muscle cell membrane potential.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 192249; UniProt: Q8R491; Chromosome location: 6q14
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
