SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Edn1 (endothelin 1, also called PPET1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Edn1 qPCR Primer Set – endothelin 1
Also known as: Et1
About this gene: Edn1 enables endothelin A receptor binding activity and endothelin B receptor binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to cytokine stimulus; regulation of secretion by cell; and response to corticosteroid.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24323; UniProt: P22388; Chromosome location: 17p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
