SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ecm1 (extracellular matrix protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ecm1 qPCR Primer Set – extracellular matrix protein 1
About this gene: Ecm1 is predicted to enable interleukin-2 receptor binding activity and protease binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of bone mineralization; negative regulation of peptidase activity; and positive regulation of endothelial cell proliferation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including regulation of T cell migration; regulation of type 2 immune response; and skeletal system development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 116662; UniProt: Q62894; Chromosome location: 2q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
