SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat E2f3 (E2F transcription factor 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat E2f3 qPCR Primer Set – E2F transcription factor 3
Also known as: RGD1561600
About this gene: E2f3 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Predicted to contribute to DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II transcription regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle; positive regulation of vascular associated smooth muscle cell apoptotic process; and protein import into nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 291105; Chromosome location: 17p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
