SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat E2f1 (E2F transcription factor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat E2f1 qPCR Primer Set – E2F transcription factor 1
About this gene: E2f1 enables protein kinase binding activity and sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to hypoxia; cellular response to nerve growth factor stimulus; and positive regulation of glial cell proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 399489; UniProt: O09139; Chromosome location: 3q41
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
