SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dzip1 (DAZ interacting zinc finger protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dzip1 qPCR Primer Set – DAZ interacting zinc finger protein 1
About this gene: Dzip1 is predicted to enable BBSome binding activity; molecular adaptor activity; and protein sequestering activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cilium organization; positive regulation of protein localization to cilium; and protein-containing complex localization to centriolar satellite. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including positive regulation of cilium assembly; protein localization to cilium; and smoothened signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 364475; Chromosome location: 15q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
