SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dysf (dysferlin) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dysf qPCR Primer Set – dysferlin
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in T-tubule organization; membrane fusion; and plasma membrane repair. Predicted to be active in T-tubule and cytoplasmic vesicle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 312492; Chromosome location: 4q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
