SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dut (deoxyuridine triphosphatase, also called PIP4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dut qPCR Primer Set – deoxyuridine triphosphatase
Also known as: Dutp, PIP4
About this gene: Dut enables multiple functions, including dUTP diphosphatase activity; peroxisome proliferator activated receptor binding activity; and pyrimidine deoxyribonucleotide binding activity. It is involved in liver development; pyrimidine deoxyribonucleotide metabolic process; and regulation of protein-containing complex assembly. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 497778; UniProt: P70583; Chromosome location: 3q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
