SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dusp9 (dual specificity phosphatase 9) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dusp9 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 9
About this gene: Dusp9 is predicted to enable MAP kinase tyrosine phosphatase activity; MAP kinase tyrosine/serine/threonine phosphatase activity; and protein tyrosine/threonine phosphatase activity. It is predicted to be involved in negative regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade and signal transduction. It is predicted to act upstream of or within negative regulation of MAPK cascade.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 293847; Chromosome location: Xq37
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
