SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dusp6 (dual specificity phosphatase 6) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dusp6 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 6
Also known as: Mkp3
About this gene: Dusp6 enables protein tyrosine/serine/threonine phosphatase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade; response to growth factor; and response to xenobiotic stimulus. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 116663; UniProt: Q64346; Chromosome location: 7q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
