SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dusp5 (dual specificity phosphatase 5) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dusp5 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 5
Also known as: Cpg21
About this gene: Dusp5 enables MAP kinase tyrosine/serine/threonine phosphatase activity. It is involved in negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription; negative regulation of vasoconstriction; and positive regulation of cerebral blood circulation. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 171109; UniProt: O54838; Chromosome location: 1q55
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
