SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dusp4 (dual specificity phosphatase 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dusp4 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 4
Also known as: Mkp-2, Mkp2
About this gene: Dusp4 enables MAP kinase tyrosine/serine/threonine phosphatase activity. It is involved in protein dephosphorylation. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 60587; UniProt: Q62767; Chromosome location: 16q12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
