SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dusp21 (dual specificity phosphatase 21) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dusp21 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 21
Also known as: RGD1560427
About this gene: Dusp21 is predicted to enable protein tyrosine phosphatase activity. It is predicted to be involved in flagellated sperm motility and peptidyl-tyrosine dephosphorylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 302867; Chromosome location: Xq11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
