SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dusp11 (dual specificity phosphatase 11) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dusp11 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 11
About this gene: Dusp11 is predicted to enable RNA binding activity; polynucleotide 5'-phosphatase activity; and protein tyrosine phosphatase activity. It is predicted to be involved in protein dephosphorylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 297412; UniProt: Q4KM79; Chromosome location: 4q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
