SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dusp1 (dual specificity phosphatase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dusp1 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 1
Also known as: 3CH134, CL100, MKP-1, Mkp1, Ptpn16
About this gene: Dusp1 enables growth factor binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade; regulation of apoptotic process; and response to testosterone. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 114856; UniProt: Q64623; Chromosome location: 10q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
