SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dpysl2 (dihydropyrimidinase-like 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dpysl2 qPCR Primer Set – dihydropyrimidinase-like 2
Also known as: Crmp2, TOAD-64
About this gene: Dpysl2 is predicted to enable hydrolase activity, acting on carbon-nitrogen bonds, in cyclic amides; identical protein binding activity; and protein kinase binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including central nervous system development; positive regulation of glutamate secretion; and regulation of postsynapse assembly. Is active in glutamatergic synapse and presynapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25416; UniProt: P47942; Chromosome location: 15p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
