SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dpyd (dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase, also called DPD) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dpyd qPCR Primer Set – dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase
About this gene: Dpyd enables multiple functions, including dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase activity; heterocyclic compound binding activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including circadian rhythm; pyrimidine nucleobase metabolic process; and response to glucocorticoid.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81656; UniProt: O89000; Chromosome location: 2q42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
