SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dpy30 (dpy-30 histone methyltransferase complex regulatory subunit, also called Dpy-30L) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dpy30 qPCR Primer Set – dpy-30 histone methyltransferase complex regulatory subunit
Also known as: Aip1
About this gene: Dpy30 is predicted to enable protein homodimerization activity. It is predicted to be involved in endosomal transport and transcription initiation-coupled chromatin remodeling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 286897; UniProt: Q8K3E7; Chromosome location: 6q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
