SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dpm2 (dolichyl-phosphate mannosyltransferase subunit 2, regulatory) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dpm2 qPCR Primer Set – dolichyl-phosphate mannosyltransferase subunit 2, regulatory
About this gene: Dpm2 enables dolichyl-phosphate beta-D-mannosyltransferase activity and enzyme regulator activity. It acts upstream of or within GPI anchor biosynthetic process and dolichyl monophosphate biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29640; UniProt: Q9Z325; Chromosome location: 3p11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
