SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dpm1 (dolichyl-phosphate mannosyltransferase subunit 1, catalytic) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dpm1 qPCR Primer Set – dolichyl-phosphate mannosyltransferase subunit 1, catalytic
About this gene: Dpm1 is predicted to enable dolichyl-phosphate beta-D-mannosyltransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in glycolipid biosynthetic process and glycoprotein biosynthetic process. It is predicted to act upstream of or within dolichyl monophosphate biosynthetic process and response to oxygen levels.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 296394; Chromosome location: 3q42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
