SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dpep1 (dipeptidase 1, also called Beta-lactamase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dpep1 qPCR Primer Set – dipeptidase 1
About this gene: Dpep1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including beta-lactamase activity; metallodipeptidase activity; and zinc ion binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to nitric oxide; glutathione catabolic process; and oxoacid metabolic process. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 94199; UniProt: P31430; Chromosome location: 19q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
