SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Adra1d (adrenoceptor alpha 1D, also called RA42) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Adra1d qPCR Primer Set – adrenoceptor alpha 1D
Also known as: Adrd1
About this gene: Adra1d enables alpha1-adrenergic receptor activity. It is involved in positive regulation of vasoconstriction. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29413; UniProt: P23944; Chromosome location: 3q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
