SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dot1l (DOT1 like histone lysine methyltransferase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dot1l qPCR Primer Set – DOT1 like histone lysine methyltransferase
About this gene: Dot1l is predicted to enable histone H3K79 methyltransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in DNA damage checkpoint signaling; DNA repair; and subtelomeric heterochromatin formation. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 362831; Chromosome location: 7q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
