SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dxo (decapping exoribonuclease) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dxo qPCR Primer Set – decapping exoribonuclease
Also known as: Dom3z
About this gene: Dxo is predicted to enable multiple functions, including 5'-3' exonuclease activity; hydrolase activity, acting on acid anhydrides, in phosphorus-containing anhydrides; and magnesium ion binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in NAD-cap decapping; RNA destabilization; and nuclear mRNA surveillance. Predicted to be active in cytosol and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 361799; UniProt: Q6MG77; Chromosome location: 20p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
