SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dok1 (docking protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dok1 qPCR Primer Set – docking protein 1
Also known as: Dok-1
About this gene: Dok1 is predicted to enable signaling adaptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in Ras protein signal transduction. It is predicted to act upstream of or within cell surface receptor protein tyrosine kinase signaling pathway; intracellular signal transduction; and macrophage colony-stimulating factor signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 312477; UniProt: Q4QQV2; Chromosome location: 4q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
