SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dnajb9 (DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member B9, also called ERdj4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dnajb9 qPCR Primer Set – DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member B9
Also known as: ERdj4, Mdg1
About this gene: Dnajb9 is predicted to enable Hsp70 protein binding activity and misfolded protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including ERAD pathway; negative regulation of IRE1-mediated unfolded protein response; and positive regulation of immunoglobulin production.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24908; UniProt: P97554; Chromosome location: 6q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
