SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dmgdh (dimethylglycine dehydrogenase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dmgdh qPCR Primer Set – dimethylglycine dehydrogenase
Also known as: Me2GlyDH
About this gene: Dmgdh enables dimethylglycine dehydrogenase activity; flavin adenine dinucleotide binding activity; and folic acid binding activity. It is involved in tetrahydrofolate interconversion. Predicted to be active in mitochondrial matrix.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 245961; Chromosome location: 2q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
