SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dlx5 (distal-less homeobox 5, also called RDLX) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dlx5 qPCR Primer Set – distal-less homeobox 5
Also known as: RDLX
About this gene: Dlx5 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific; HMG box domain binding activity; and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is involved in cellular response to zinc ion starvation and positive regulation of osteoblast differentiation. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25431; UniProt: P50575; Chromosome location: 4q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
