SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dld (dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dld qPCR Primer Set – dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase
About this gene: Dld belongs to the class-I pyridine nucleotide-disulfide oxidoreductase family. A similar protein in human, mouse, and pig has been identified as a moonlighting protein based on its ability to perform mechanistically distinct functions. In homodimeric form, the protein acts as a dehydrogenase and is found in multiple multi-enzyme complexes that regulate energy metabolism.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
