SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Diaph3 (diaphanous-related formin 3, also called DRF3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Diaph3 qPCR Primer Set – diaphanous-related formin 3
Also known as: DRF3, Diap3, mDIA2
About this gene: Diaph3 is predicted to enable actin binding activity; microtubule binding activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is involved in spermatogenesis. Predicted to be active in multiple cellular components, including cleavage furrow; cytoskeleton; and stereocilia tip-link density.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 290396; UniProt: F1LVW7; Chromosome location: 15q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
