SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dhtkd1 (dehydrogenase E1 and transketolase domain containing 1, also called E1a) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dhtkd1 qPCR Primer Set – dehydrogenase E1 and transketolase domain containing 1
Also known as: E1a, OADC-E1, OADH-E1
About this gene: Dhtkd1 is predicted to enable 2-oxoadipate dehydrogenase activity. It is predicted to be involved in generation of precursor metabolites and energy. It is predicted to act upstream of or within hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 361272; UniProt: Q4KLP0; Chromosome location: 17q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
